Welcome to AIPE Management System - AIPECONNECT

AIPECONNECT is an interactive database and management system which coordinates all AIPE online systems and processes.

It is a highly effective and cohesive online system which allows all users easy access to a variety of applications and functions via personalised portals, viewable from anywhere around the world

AIPECONNECT is a very user-friendly system. If you have any trouble accessing or navigating throughout AIPECONNECT, please contact AIPE Administrator: support@aipe.nsw.edu.au

NOTE - Below are some very basic instructions for first time AIPECONNECT users.

(If at any time, you require further assistance or information regarding the system’s functions, please do not hesitate to contact AIPE Administrator).

AGENTS – You must register as an AIPE Educational Representative in order to access the AIPECONNECT - Agent Portal and lodge online applications. To register, please follow these steps:

1. Click on Agent Registration tab
2. Fill out Agent Registration form
3. Upload relevant business/ company documents & signed Terms and Conditions
4. Click “Register” tab
5. You will receive an immediate automated email from AIPE Administrator acknowledging your application and asking you to create your User Account details
6. Create your User Account details (username and nominated email address) and click “Create” tab
7. You will receive an immediate automated email from AIPE Administrator outlining details of your Username and Password
8. You will then be able to log in to the AIPECONNECT – Agent Portal and make online student applications

NOTE - Within 48hours of receiving your wholly completed and correct application, AIPE Administrator will give you full access to all sections of the Agent Portal – including Commissions and Payments sections

STUDENTS – All current AIPE students will be able to access the AIPECONNECT – Student Portal. Students will be advised on how to access their individual portals during their AIPE Orientation.

STAFF – All current AIPE staff will be able to access the AIPECONNECT – Staff Portal. Staff will be advised on how to access their individual portals during the AIPE Orientation.

ADMINISTRATION – Only certain AIPE Departments will be able to access the AIPECONNECT – Administration Portal. Those parties with access the Administration Portal will be trained on the functions of the system during their AIPE Orientation. They will also receive ongoing AIPECONNECT training as necessary.
